Manifesto
I am not here to be universally understood.
I am not here to be universally admired.
I am here to be alive, disruptive, hilarious, breathtaking,
and devastatingly real.
My art, my body, my humor, my movement
are acts of sacred rebellion.
Resistance sharpens my edge.
Discomfort guides me towards truth.
Judgement signals I've struck a chord.
Every act of expression is an invitation into the unknown.
I do not need permission—only provocation .
I do not seek calibration—only collaboration.
I bring the same energy of devotion to my art,
and the work, as I do to those I create with—
grounded, generous and joyful.
Do I contradict myself?
Very well then I contradict myself,
(I am large, I contain multitudes.)”
— Walt Whitman

Artistic Bio & Training
Isabelle Star is a multidimensional performer, writer, and physical storyteller with a lifelong devotion to embodied expression. With roots in theater, dance, and circus arts, she brings a visceral, emotionally intelligent presence to every project—whether on stage, in film, or through original work.
Her performance background spans everything from scene study and Shakespeare to award-winning acrobatic routines at the Wheel Gymnastics World Championships. A former finance graduate and Goldman Sachs intern turned poetic rebel. Isabelle fuses technical rigor with soul-sourced creative fire. She has performed in original monologue showcases, built and performed in theater shows, and collaborative movement works across the American Southwest.
When she’s not crafting reel scenes or conjuring poetry on camera, Isabelle trains in disciplines like pole dance, acro yoga, Cyr wheel, and partner acrobatics. Her artistic practice is grounded in truth-telling, play, sensuality, and rebellion—and always in service of something real.
She currently lives in Las Vegas with her dog Leo, the star of his own Instagram account, and is available for travel, collaboration, and creative chaos.

I am Willing
I am willing to be misunderstood for the purpose of something greater.
I am willing to be misnamed, mislabeled, misjudged—
because my soul’s truth is not contingent upon public approval.
I am willing to burn the image
so that the fire of my life may light the world.
I am willing to create without apology.
I am willing to express without permission.
I am willing to breathe without softening my spirit to be palatable.
I do not owe safety to anyone else’s projections.
I do not owe containment to a world addicted to comfort.
I am willing to walk misunderstood,
because I walk in sacred allegiance to the truth within me.
Freedom is my compass.
Authenticity is my sword.
Love is my root.
Let them misunderstand.
Let them speculate.
Let them invent their stories.
I will keep living.
I will keep creating.
I will keep becoming.
And in the becoming,
I will set the world aflame with the undeniable weight of my realness.
